Supermarket beef quality at all time high
A common belief across rural America is that locally raised beef is a much higher quality than beef that is purchased in a grocery store. Minnesota Beef Council Research Chairman John Schafer says the gap in quality is shrinking, and that “supermarket beef” quality is at an all time high.
