Supreme Court chooses to not weigh in on “Ag Gag Laws”. What does this mean? 

The Supreme Court decided to not weigh in on cases regarding “Ag Gag” laws which is considered a huge win for animal rights activists across the nation. Washburn University agricultural law professor Roger McEowen explains these Ag Gag laws and how they affect Agriculture. 

McEowen also explained why the laws have gone in the favor of these animal rights activists.

North Dakota does have “Ag Gag laws” in effect and McEowen explains how this ruling could affect North Dakota and other states that have these laws in effect.
