Survey showing that land owners expect land prices to moderate
A recent survey conducted by the CME Group/Purdue University suggests that fewer farmers expect farmland values to increase in 2024. Director of Purdue University Center for Commercial Agriculture Jim Mintert tells us more about this survey’s findings.
2023 broke some records in terms of farmland costs for the region as the North Dakota per acre record was broken after an auction in Pembina County saw a property fetch $17,500 per acre for a total of $5.6 million.
