MAHNOMEN, MN—Monday’s Mahnomen City Council meeting was the last for Mayor Julie Hanson. She chose not to run for re-election in November. Hanson spoke about her four years as mayor. Curtis Uran will succeed Hanson as Mahnomen’s Mayor at the first City Council meeting in January.
