The Red River Watershed Management Board is holding its legislative open house this coming Tuesday in Moorhead. RRWMB executive director Rob Sip talks about the meeting. Sip says four or five state lawmakers will attend the legislative open house. That will take place at the Marriott Hotel and Convention Center in Moorhead.
