Ted Foss Law

In the State of Minnesota there’s a law called the Ted Foss Law also known as the “Move Over Law” that requires drivers to slow down and move over for first responders with their lights on. Fosston police officer Jim Juve appeared on the Food For Thought program on Monday to discuss this law and explained that this law doesn’t just apply to first responders.  

Juve also explained what you should do if there’s too much traffic that doesn’t allow you to safely move over.
