Thief River Falls Frost Fest returns Friday 

The City of Thief River Falls will be hosting their annual Frost Fest Celebration this weekend. Carly Lunsetter of the Thief River Falls Chamber of Commerce goes over this year’s Frost Fest schedule starting with a Fish Fry on Friday night. 

Lunsetter says the Frost Fest Committee also has all weekend activities going on across town as well.
