Turn in all poachers
The North Dakota Fall Hunting Season is upon us, and while most hunters are good sports, and follow the rules, there are instances of hunters not following the proper bag limits. Drew Johnson of North Dakota Game and Fish encourages you to do your part and turn in suspected poachers.
However, if you do observe someone who may be poaching Johnson reminds you to never approach the poacher, and leave that up to local law enforcement.
Lastly, Johnson shared some signs of poaching that you can be on the lookout for, whether you’re a land owner, or fellow hunter.
