Twin Valley Student Visits Washington, DC

TWIN VALLEY, MN—A student from Twin Valley visited the nation’s capitol recently….not as a tourist, but to speak to federal lawmakers.  Maxwell Fjeld, a senior, was promoting PSEO.  Fjeld tells us what PSEO means.
