Ulen Hitterdal School Board approves the hiring of new Ag Ed Teacher 

The Ulen Hitterdal School Board approved the hiring of a new agricultural education teacher at their meeting earlier this month. Ulen Hitterdal Superintendent Dustin Flaten says they are excited to be welcoming Ada Borup West teacher Abbie Savage to the district at the end of the school year. 

Flaten says the board also approved their 2026/2027 School Calendar. 

After spending the last few months working on a new school website, Flaten is excited to be launching their new school website and app later this week. 

Other items from the meeting included discussions about curriculum, and testing, as well as the hiring of Dustin Flaten as JV Baseball Coach.
