Uncertainty in the market likely to affect agricultural producers

Grain and soybean markets are struggling with low prices, and producers across the region are dealing with the challenges that are as a result. Bell Bank Vice President and Director of Agribusiness Development Lynn Paulson speaks more on these struggles, and how producers may respond. 

Paulson says uncertainty with tariffs is also having its effects on producers, and he explains what may need to happen there.
