Unique North Dakota Eateries

When you think about places that have interesting restaurants, it might take you a while to consider North Dakota.  Author Nicole Kringstad has checked out unique eats and eateries in North Dakota and has written a book about her findings.  Kringstad says she found great Turkish and Filipino food in Williston.

Kringstad’s new book “Unique Eats and Eateries of North Dakota” has just been published.  There will be a book launch party Friday, October 4 from 6:30 to 8pm at Board Room Coffee and Tap House in Grand Forks.  It’s free and open to the public.
