US Congressman Kelly Armstrong discusses Farm Bill 

US Congressman Kelly Armstrong of North Dakota recently shared his outlook and what he’s been hearing in Washington about the progress of the new farm bill. 

One of the biggest issues Armstrong says that he continues to see is talks around the Migrant Worker Wage Increase. 

Armstrong also discussed challenges he’s seen trying to get the new Farm Bill passed.
