VA Making changes to non VA Care services 

The US Department of Veterans Affairs is making changes to their non VA care program, and the move is expected to help many area veterans receive quicker access to health care. Norman County Veterans Service Officer John Rosenberger tells us more. 

Rosenberger says this change will be a huge benefit to veterans living in rural america, and he goes over some of the new requirements to receive non VA care.
