Vikings Fire Kwesi Adofo-Mensah
EAGAN, MN—The Minnesota Vikings are firing General Manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah after four seasons with the club. The timing of the decision was unusual, coming nearly four weeks after the regular season ended, but Vikings co-owner Mark Wilf says the decision came after a lot of thought.
The Vikings also announced that they have appointed executive vice president of football operations Rob Brzezinski as the interim replacement through the NFL draft, after which a search will be conducted for a new general manager.
