Waubun School Board revises budget 

The Waubun-Ogema-White Earth School District approved the first reading of their revised budget for 2025/2026, at their meeting on Wednesday night. Waubun Superintendent Jordan Spaeth tells us more. 

Spaeth says concerns with the federally funded Impact Aid program caused the board to make some revisions to the budget.

Lastly, Spaeth says the school board also approved a revised attendance policy at their meeting on Wednesday night. 

Other items from Wednesday’s meeting included a payrate change for coaches and substitute teachers, as well as administrative updates.
