World of Outlaws at Norman County Fair sneak peak 

The World of Outlaws Late Models are coming back to the Norman County Raceway (NCR) on June 28 for a second consecutive year, for the Ada Building Center LLC  Start to Finish Showdown presented by R&J Broadcasting. NCR Track Promoter Jake Bitker gives us a sneak peak into this special event.
