Youth ATV Safety 

ATV usage amongst teens continues to become more prominent, and SAFE Kids Grand Forks is reminding parents, and guardians about the importance of prioritizing ATV safety. While helmets are seen as one of the most important aspects of ATV safety, Hanson says there are other aspects of safety that often go overlooked, specifically when it comes to protection from crushing injuries. 

Hansen says another thing that often goes overlooked by riders is the fact that ATV’s are only supposed to be ridden by one person at a time.
