55+ Apartments Coming to Erskine

Greater Minnesota Property is pleased to announce that it has acquired properties currently known as Pioneer Memorial Care Center, The Country Place, Altru Clinic, and Crossroads, in Erskine, MN.

Greater Minnesota Property (GMP) and Greater Minnesota Management (GMM) are located along Hwy 2 in Erskine (the old Joe Dimiaggios building). GMP and GMM are non-profit property management organizations offering market rate and subsidized housing throughout northwest Minnesota.
