Norman County East looking to improve attendance

Attendance is an issue that pops up at all schools across the country, but the Norman County East School District is looking to take that issue head on. Norman County East Principal Kelly Kalina tells us more about a new program they are starting as a way to try and build up attendance. 

Kalina says another thing that his staff is working on with students is bus safety, and bus etiquette.
