Twin Valley residents reminded about new garbage rules 

Residents in the City of Twin Valley may have noticed that they had new garbage cans dropped off in their front yards earlier this week. Twin Valley Utilities Clerk Deanne Peterick tells us the reasoning for this, and what this means going forward for residents.
