Spring Allergies
People like spring because it means warmer weather. People don’t like spring because it means allergies. And a recent study from the University of Utah School of Biological Sciences found that the spring pollen season now starts about 20 days earlier, lasts about ten days longer, and features about 21 percent more pollen than in 1990. Dr. Julie Gatza, co-founder of the Florida Wellness Institute, says one way you can reduce allergies is to take a shower before you go to bed.
Another recommendation–which pet owners may not like–is to keep your dogs and cats off your bed.
