ASGA Holds annual Meeting in California 

The American Sugarbeet Growers Association (ASGA) held their annual meeting in California last week. Former ASGA President Neil Rockstad says this year’s annual meeting went well, and he shares some of the highlights, and major talking points of the meeting. 

There’s a lot of issues affecting sugarbeet growers right now, but Rockstad says an unbalanced market is the biggest issue in 2026. 

Rockstad says ASGA has some pretty big shoes to fill over the coming months, as ASGA CEO and Executive Vice President Luther Marquardt is retiring, after decades of service to ASGA.
