Ada City Council discusses Public Works Building Project
The Ada City Council had discussions regarding their public works building project on Tuesday night, and the council is moving closer to making a final decision on the project. Ada Mayor John Hintz says the council made the tentative decision to move forward with the lowest bid for the public works section of the project, and he explains what that will look like financially.
The big decision for the council now is whether or not they will include the Police Department and City Hall project options in the final project, and Hintz explains what the two projects would cost if they were approved.
Hintz says there’s still a little bit of time before they have to make their decision, and he asks Ada Residents to reach out to council members to share their thoughts on the project.
R&J News will have more from Tuesday’s meeting in future news broadcasts.
