Cody Holte posthumously honored at National Law Enforcement Hall of Fame
Former Grand Forks Police Officer and Norman County County West graduate Cody Holte was posthumously inducted into the National Law Enforcement Hall of Fame, during their annual induction ceremony in Fort Worth Texas on Friday, April 10. Cody’s father Bret Holte says it’s a big honor to see Cody inducted into the Hall of Fame, where his name will forever be enshrined.
Bret says the Holte family was joined by some of Cody’s fellow officers from the Grand Forks Police Department.
Bret says it was one of these former co-workers of Cody that actually nominated him for the Hall of Fame.
According to their website, the National Law Enforcement Hall of Fame was created in 2017 to honor Law Enforcement Officers. The purpose is to recognize those officers that have gone above and beyond in one way or another in the line of duty. You can learn more by going to their website www.nationalleohalloffame.com.
