Red River Valley Sugarbeet Planting update 

The Red River Valley Sugarbeet Planting season is currently underway, but progress has been varying across the valley. Harrison Weber of the Red River Valley Sugarbeet Growers Association planting activity has been picking up as of late. 

Weber says planting conditions also vary across the Red River Valley. 

However, Weber says one thing that is consistent across the valley is that the ground is still too cold.
