Eighteen Ada Borup West students receiving the Frandsen Scholarship
Later this week thousands of seniors across the Red River Valley will be walking across the stage to receive their high school diploma and start their next journey in life. What these students decide to do after high school will range from starting college, going to a tech school, or jumping right into the workforce. For over a dozen students at Ada Borup West however, they will be able to pursue that secondary education at no cost thanks to Frandsen Bank & Trust and the Frandsen Foundation. Frandsen Bank & Trust Market President Kyle Larson explains.
Larson says the Class of 2026 is taking advantage of this opportunity, as 18 Ada Borup West students are enrolled in the program. (three more students applied as of Monday morning)
Larson says two more great things about this program are that there are absolutely no strings attached to the scholarship, and you can apply for it over the summer if you change your mind.
Larson says being able to offer this scholarship to students makes him and his staff proud.
Ada Borup West students interested in the Frandsen Foundation Scholarship should talk to their school guidance counselor for more information.
