Mahnomen Motorcyclist Dies In Fargo Accident
FARGO, ND—A motorcyclist from Mahnomen was killed in a crash involving three other vehicles Thursday afternoon in downtown Fargo. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says around 3:20pm Thursday, a motorcycle driven by a 60-year-old Mahnomen man didn’t stop for a red light at the intersection of University Avenue and Main Street. The motorcycle hit the back of a SUV that was going south on University and crossing the intersection. The rider was thrown from the motorcycle and was hit by a pickup truck. And the motorcycle hit a car that was behind the pickup truck. The motorcyclist, who has not been identified, was taken to a Fargo hospital, where he died from his injuries. No other driver was injured.
