Ada Community comes together to honor veterans on Memorial Day 

The Annual Ada Avenue of Flags was held over the Memorial Day Weekend, and the Ada Community came out in droves to donate their time and make the Avenue of Flags possible. Event organizer and Ada Beautification Committee representative Brianna Eggen says this year’s Avenue of Flags was a huge success. 

In total, Eggen says the community helped put over 400 flag poles and plaques to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice. 

Now that Memorial Day has passed, Eggen also reminds residents about their rules regarding artificial flowers, specifically when it comes to their removal dates.
