Norman County 4H shines at Minnesota State Fair

The Minnesota State Fair wrapped up earlier this week, which means that Norman County 4H has wrapped up yet another 4H Livestock and General Encampment. Linda Houglum of Norman County 4H says she is proud of everything her 4Hers accomplished at the fair, and she gives us a recap of the Livestock Encampment. 

Houglum says her 4Hers at the General Encampment also had a great time representing the area.
