Polk County Fair Chocolate Contest is Wednesday 

The 125th Polk County Fair kicks off today, which means that it’s just about time for the community favorite chocolate contest, which is set to take place this evening. Event representative Zina Ivanov gives us a preview of the event. 

Ivanov says you can get creative with your chocolate based dessert, and she explains how you can get registered for the contest. 

On top of bragging rights, Ivanov says you will also have a chance to walk away from the competition with some extra spending cash.
