Bemidji United Way Campaign for Community Goal Met

Last week at the September 16th United Day in Bemidji, members of the community gathered for a service project at Lueken’s Village Foods North and packed food. At the event the United Way officially announced that their campaign goal for this past year in their annual Campaign for the Community drive was met.

Various businesses, individuals, and families had donated throughout the year to the cause which will allow community organizations to receive money from the United Way in times that they may need it. The goal from the 2025 campaign was set at $775,000 and raised over $802,000 which will go toward various non-profit organizations in the Bemidji area.

On top of the celebratory news it was also revealed that the goal for the 2026 campaign will be set at $800,000 and the pay setter businesses have already raised $270,765 which is 35% of the way to the goal already this early on. The Bemidji United Way continues to hold more events within the community and just concluded its Trap Tournament yesterday.
