Ada Cold Weather Rules to go into effect soon 

Fall weather has officially arrived in the Red River Valley, and the City of Ada will soon be implementing their cold weather rules to help out residents with their electrical bills. Ada City Administrator Ashley Larson tells us more about this program, and how you get enrolled in it.
