Local Author Renee Kalenak to Hold Book Event at The Firefly Center

Local author Renee Kalenak, who lives near Lake Itasca, will be hosting an upcoming book event on Saturday, October 3rd, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The Firefly Center.

Kalenak is the author of Ranges of Love, a fiction novel set in the Minnesota northwoods outside Burrowbrook. Set during the 1982 deer hunting season, the story follows two families dealing with chaos, grief, and secrets in the wake of a heart-wrenching tragedy. The suspenseful novel explores themes of rekindled love, guilt, and suspicion amidst the backdrop of autumn in the northwoods.

Copies of Ranges of Love will be available for purchase at the event for $15.00.
