Representative Dale Lueck talks Property Tax Values in District 10B

(Aitkin, MN) — In our most recent Legislative update with District 10B State Representative Dale Lueck, he wanted to bring light to the number of conversations he has held regarding property valuations in Crow Wing County. 

Representative Lueck first noted this concern for his constituents comes at the County level, not the State.

The forms being sent out describe paying taxes this year and the value of your property for 2023.

There are also multiple factors that can increase your properties value since you originally purchased the property.

Representative Lueck also touched on the value of land within District 10B, Aitkin and Crow Wing Counties, and some surrounding counties that have also seen increases in the past year.
