Great Turnout for Norman County East Community & Family Fair

Twin Valley, MN — The Norman County East School was packed full of families on Wednesday night for the return of biennial NCE Community & Family Fair, the first since 2018. The Family Fair provided games and activities for kids, informational booths from local businesses and organizations, entertainment, and a meal. Sarah Kjono, school board member and planning committee member, says despite some hiccups, such as having to push the event back a few weeks, the event was an outstanding success.

Just being able to host the Community & Family Fair is a success in itself, as the 2020 was cancelled due to the pandemic. Kjono says it was great to bring everyone together and reconnect many of local organizations with the area families in the district.

The next NCE Family Fair is typically held every other year.
