Sunday Funday at the Arb coming June 12th

(Brainerd, MN) — Individuals and families are encouraged to experience the Northland Arboretum’s natural beauty and get some exercise at its Sunday Funday non-competitive 1-mile and 5K Hikes that are being held Sunday, June 12th.

The easy hikes through the Arboretum will begin at 1pm with registration now open at www.northlandarb.org. Those who register in advance will receive a free T-shirt. The Arboretum asks those who are attending to park at the V.A. Clinic and use the Arb;s entrance off Northwest 7th Street behind Westgate Mall.

Following the hike, stay at the Arb and enjoy a petting zoo, bouncy house, and live music until 3pm. Bug catching kits will also be distributed and ice cream sandwiches will be served.
