Norman County Fair a Big Boost to the Local Economy
Ada, MN — The Norman County Fair in Ada continues in full swing today, bringing in people from not just all around the county, but all around the region. R & J News spoke with Ada Mayor and Norman County EDA President John Hintz during our Noon News live from the fair on Wednesday. Hintz stated that the annual county fair is a huge boost for the local economy.
Hintz adds that for the city of Ada, it’s important to leave a good impression on those coming from out of town with hopes that they want to spend more time in the community or maybe consider moving here.
However, for those looking to move into the county, they may struggle to find housing. Hintz says improving housing opportunities has become a major priority of the county and city EDA.
Join R & J News for Noon News live from the fair again today with guest Norman County Sheriff Jeremy Thornton.
