New CRMC Clinic Manager

Registered Nurse Lacey Monnier of Crosby has joined Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s Leadership Team as the Multi-Specialty Clinic Manager. She will manage operational, clinic, and business functions of the Minnesota Institute for Minimally Invasive Surgery, Hernia Specialists of Minnesota, Minnesota Reflux & Heartburn Center, Minnesota Center for Obstetrics & Gynecology, Urology, and visiting specialists.

Monnier comes to CRMC from CentraCare Health where she worked as a Utilization Management Specialist for the Monticello Campus and most recently as a Patient Experience Consultant for the system. She also has experience as a Geri-Psych Registered Nurse at Mille Lacs Health System in Onamia and Nurse Liaison and Administrator for Heartland Hospice where she served patients and families in the St. Cloud and Brainerd Lakes areas. Monnier has more than 20 years’ experience working as a Registered Nurse and in nursing administration positions at healthcare organizations in Foley, Cold Spring, Sartell, St. Cloud, and Waite Park.

The manager holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Western Governor’s University in Salt Lake City and an Associate degree in Nursing from North Hennepin Community College’s St. Cloud campus. She also earned Public Health Nurse Certification from the State of Minnesota.

Outside of her work, Monnier enjoys spending time camping and exploring the outdoors with her husband, Jeremy, five children, and grandchildren. During the holiday season you will find her spreading cheer while selling Christmas trees to families in the northland.
