Moonshiners Human Bonspiel is Saturday

Twin Valley, MN — The Moonshiners Snowmobile Club invites everyone to slide on in to the Twin Valley Liquor Store this Saturday, February 4^th for their annual Human Bonspiel event. The fun gets underway at 2pm. Moonshiners President Dave Jenson says Human Bonspiel is just like regular bonspiel or curling events, only you are hurling yourself down the ice and not a rock.

There is no fee to participate, and the top 3 teams will receive a cash prize. Jenson believes this is their 6^th year hosting the Human Bonspiel and while they’ve had some regular competitors, by no means is anyone an expert yet.

Temperatures are expected to be in the low 30s on Saturday, which Jenson says should bring in more competitors this year. There will also be firepits to warm up next too while waiting for your turn or you can hang out inside the Twin Valley Liquor Store. The Moonshiners will also be hosting a meat raffle on Saturday afternoon as well.
