19-Year Old Ada Man Facing 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct Charges
Ada, MN — An Ada man is facing Criminal Sexual Conduct charges after forcing a minor to drink alcohol and then taking advantage of them. 19-year-old Dustin Terrance Olson of Ada has been charged with 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, a felony, and Contributing to a Delinquency of a Child or Status as Petty Offender, a gross misdemeanor. According to court records, Olson threatened the victim, who was between the ages of 14 and 16, with a taser after she declined to drink alcohol. Records indicate Olson forced the victim to take shots of vodka and engaged in sexual acts with the victim while she was in and out of consciousness later that evening. Olson also gave the victim money in order to purchase Plan B, which is sometimes referred to as the morning after pill.
If convicted, Olson faces up to 15 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $30,000. He is set to make his first appearance in court on March 15th.
