Minnesota State Representative Deb Kiel is recovering from a minor stroke. A statement from her office says Kiel was fatigued and dizzy when she was at the State Office Building this past Friday and went to the hospital. She was released from the hospital Saturday and is now resting at home. The 65-year-old Republican from Crookston says she will have additional tests in the next few days and hopes to return to the Capitol next week
