HALSTAD, MN—At Monday night’s State of the City address, Halstad Mayor Darin Johnson said Halstad is in good financial shape.

Johnson says there is a street project on the city’s to do list: chip sealing on the roads.

Johnson was speaking at Monday’s Halstad Community Dinner.
