Walk-In-Land Access Opens Friday
Beginning on Friday Minnesota Hunters will be able to access over 29,000 acres of land spread across 41 counties in Western and South Central Minnesota through the Walk-In-Access program.
The Walk-In-Access program pays Minnesota landowners to allow public hunting on their property. This program also makes it so hunters don’t have to contact landowners for permission. Hunters with a $3 Walk-In-Access Validation will be able to access all the land shown on the MN DNR Walk-In-Access map.
More information on this program and a map of all Walk-In-Access lands can be found on the Minnesota DNR website www.dnr.state.mn.us.
