Twin Valley Police Department looking for leads in pedestrian hit and run accident
The Twin Valley Police Department is searching for leads in a hit and run accident involving a pedestrian. The Twin Valley Police Departments says that the pedestrian had crossed State Highway 32 in Twin Valley and was walking Westbound on Lincoln Ave NW when they heard a vehicle coming closer to her due to loud music being played. The vehicle didn’t stop and the pedestrian was struck by the vehicle, causing minor injuries. The vehicle fled the scene of the accident and the pedestrian was continued to their residence where they notified law enforcement of the incident.
The identity of the driver is unknown at this time and the vehicle is described as a light color, small to midsize SUV with a darker stripe on its side. The Twin Valley Police Depart asks that anyone who may have any information regarding this crash to call Norman County Dispatch at 218-784-7114.
