Ada Borup West School Resource Officer Update 

The Ada Borup West (ABW) School District is in their first full year of having a school resource officer (SRO) program, and school officials have reported tons of success with the program. ABW SRO Alex Saric was a guest on the KRJB to introduce himself to the community, and give an update on how the program has gone so far. Saric tells us more about himself, and why he got into law enforcement. 

Saric also talked about the change from a street officer to an SRO, and how the positions differ. 

Part of being an SRO is connecting with students, and Saric shares his observations on how the students at ABW have connected with him. 

Finally Saric shared some of the goals he wants to achieve as SRO, one of those goals being the creation of a new program.
