Ada City Council hears update on Ada Event Center 

The Ada City Council heard an update on the Ada Event Center at their meeting on Tuesday night, and lots of progress continues to be made. Ada City Administrator Ashley Larson tells us what’s been done, and what the project has coming up. 

Larson says the city is also unfortunately looking for another inspector, after a termination of their contract with Midwest Inspections. 

Larson says the council also decided to take the next step in the process of adopting an ordinance for residential dumpster usage in the City of Ada. 

Lastly with the temperatures rising, Larson also reminded Ada residents about the rules regarding the use of recreational vehicles within Ada city limits. 

Other items included discussions about an equipment auction, donation requests, liquor license renewals, and the approval of mowing contracts.
