Ada City Council members discuss Public Works Building project
Bids will officially be awarded on March 17 for the Ada Public Works building project, and city officials are weighing their options when it comes to what all to include in the project. While the public works portion of the project is guaranteed, officials have the choice in whether they will include the Police Department and City Hall portions as well. Cost of the two choices is the biggest thing being considered, and Ada City Council members Shawn Roux and Scott Erickson tell us what these two options will cost the city.
When asked about their opinions on the project, Roux and Erickson said they are both in favor of including City Hall and the Police Department in the project, and they explain why.
Again, the Ada City Council will make its final decision on the project during their special meeting on Tuesday, March 17. The public is encouraged to attend and voice their opinions on the project.
