Aitkin Police Chief Ryan talks Fireworks Safety for 4th of July

(Aitkin, MN) — Safety on the 4th of July was mentioned in our recent conversation with Aitkin Police Chief Paul Ryan for people that will be lighting off fireworks in or around town.

Chief Ryan talked about proper fireworks that can be lit in town and keep everyone safe.

Fire-starting concerns are much lower this year with a wet spring and storms this summer, but Chief Ryan did mention that City regulations are still enforced.
