Aitkin Public Schools ‘off to good start’ in 2022-23 school year

(Aitkin, MN) — Just over one month into the school year, Aitkin Public Schools Superintendent Dan Stifter has nothing but positive to say for the Rippleside and High School Buildings.

Superintendent Stifter mentioned those early anxiety and nervousness for staff and students has been relieved thanks for help from the community.

Another reason for the good start has been some of the new energy being brought into the High School with a new Principal and Dean of Students.

Consistency and returning staff at Rippleside Elementary has also been a welcomed sight for ISD #1.
